Pre-Order Policy

At NAAiNAAi, our clothing is designed and made in our own studio in Totnes, Devon. We produce in small batches, and occasionally offer pieces for pre-order ahead of their scheduled production.

How pre-orders work

When you pre-order an item, you are reserving a piece from an upcoming production run. Full payment is taken at checkout, securing your order before the garment is ready to ship.

Expected shipping dates

Each pre-order product displays an expected shipping date. This is our best estimate of when your garment will be ready for dispatch.

As our clothing is made in-house, production schedules can occasionally change. Your order will usually be dispatched on or shortly after the stated date.

If we anticipate a significant delay, we'll contact you with an updated estimate.

Delivery

Once your garment is ready, we'll dispatch it using our usual delivery method. You'll receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on it's way.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Once your order has been delivered, you have 28 days from the date of receipt to return it, in accordance with our usual returns policy and your statutory consumer rights.
