PACKAGING
Naturally we don't use plastic in our packaging and our paper products are recycled material.
DELIVERY
We use Royal mail first class for UK addresses with a tracked service or courier services best suited to the delivery address. Postage and packaging is charged at £5 per order value under £100 and free above £150.
International deliveries are charged per destination and delivery times vary from 3-4 days to 6-9 days (although they may be longer). For orders with a value above £100, postage costs are charged at a reduced rate (the equivalent of UK postage costs deducted).
NAAiNAAi can't be held responsible for items lost in the post, but of course we will do our best to trace and locate the parcel.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you love your order, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.
Returns Policy:
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
If you'd like an exchange, please email us and we’ll do our best to help (subject to stock availability).
Non-Returnable Items:Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene regulations.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
